Buon Cibo

Relocation of an existing restaurant, which resides in a suburban strip center, into a 1940s era metal storage building located just off the historic Hernando town square. The storage building was owned by one of Desoto counties largest cotton farmers and was used to store bales of cotton awaiting distribution, The clients desire was to expand their offerings to reach a broader range of the restaurant going community. This included the addition of nightly bar service and weekend wait staff for finer dining options only offered on Friday and Saturday nights. The project also included a patio to be used in the warmer seasons.
