Administrative Specialist

We are currently seeking an Administrative Specialist on a full-time basis (32-40 hours). This position fulfills a critical role in support of overall operations. The Administrative Specialist reports to the Director of Finance and Administration and the Director of Strategic Alignment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and support visitors at front desk

  • Carrying out administrative duties such as document preparation, supplies inventory and shipping

  • Performing general clerical duties in support of project teams

  • Scheduling, coordinating and assisting with the planning and implementation of on-site events

  • Coordinating Continuing Education programs in and out of the office

  • Monitoring and maintaining office inventory and equipment

  • Additional responsibilities based on the skills of the candidate
