Chloe Elam Lane, AIA is an Associate in the firm and has been with archimania since 2015. She is guided by her passion for creating positive changes in the built environment through the design and implementation of efficient and sustainable spaces. She believes design does not have to be complicated to be beautiful.
During her time at the University of Tennessee College of Architecture and Design, Chloe spent part of her undergraduate studies in Helsinki, Finland where she fell in love with the Scandinavian ideal of humble, service-oriented design. Chloe has applied this design ethos to wide range of project types and scales including higher education, healthcare, multifamily, retail, and residential.
As native Memphian, Chloe loves the opportunity to be involved in shaping the city, not only in a professional capacity but as a community member as well. For several years she served on the Vollintine Evergreen Community Association board, where she was vice president and a member of the Historic Preservation Committee. Chloe also served on the Urban Arts Commission Artists selection committee for Jesse Turner Park, is a provisional member of the Junior League of Memphis, and is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher.
