A vacant turn of the century church was adaptively re-used into apartments, preserving a treasured building in the historic neighborhood.

The newly renovated building enhances the neighborhood by adding diversity to the mixed-use fabric of the neighborhood. This conversion brought new life to an old building. The building is now comprised of seven apartments. The exterior detailing of the church was restored to its original state. The interior detailing was preserved, however was painted all white in order to modernize the residential units, with strategic locations of the detailing remaining the same. Where new millwork and flooring were required, a lighter wood was used to distinguish old from new.
