seeking Emerging Professional Fellows

archimania is looking for misfit creatives that thrive in calculated chaos to join our team as an Emerging Professional. You will work alongside archimaniacs to advance research and design excellence in all phases of the design process. Your contributions will be manifested in the built environment. You will push research and development interests such as advanced sustainability implementation, innovative construction techniques, and complex modeling.

Here at archimania, we want to break down pre-conceived notions of what an emerging professional is, what you are capable of, and what your role is inside of a team of design geeks. We hope to:
-Promote equality of gender and race in the profession.
-Promote healthy work/life balance in a design excellence environment.
-Set national precedent for blending academic performance and firm performance.

Applicants should range from 4th-5th-year undergraduate students, 2nd-3rd-year graduate students to recent graduates in disciplines of architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and industrial design. All applicants should have a wide range of talents, interests and the initiative to work independently without someone holding your hand. Your job is to push boundaries, push us, and push yourself.

Emerging Professionals have the option of 3 - 6 - 9 - 12-month terms. We are flexible if you are. Please indicate how long you will be available to work with us.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
