archimania is the Architect of Record for the new Memphis Art Museum project, working with Pritzker prize laureates Herzog & de Meuron as Design Consultant. archimania is coordinating the 20 plus consultant offices while Herzog & de Meuron create bridging design documents, is leading the effort in coordinating design with the City of Memphis and will be creating the final Construction Documents for the project. The project has three construction phases and drawing packages, the first issued earlier this year. These phases were developed in conjunction with the Owner and Construction Manager to expedite construction and save construction dollars by procuring portions of the project scope as early as possible.
