One of many projects for the client over 15 years, the new Infiniti of Memphis – Wolfchase showcases the quality luxury products the client is known for while providing the best experience for customers. The resulting design creates an environment that promotes integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
The 33,000 sf facility is a new location for Infiniti of Memphis which moves the facility closer to their loyal customer base. The new building includes local interpretations of the corporate IREDI prototype sales, service, and customer parts departments creating a completely new identify for the dealership and the customer experience. The exterior incorporates layers of transparent and fritted glass materials creating an inviting facade that allows natural light to penetrate while maintaining a sleek modern appearance. Select points of entry include luxury stone materials to provide a high level of customer touchpoints. The interiors focus on open, light-filled spaces with natural materials invoking the high-quality of the automotive brand. The sales consulting areas, vehicle delivery zones, service and parts lounges prioritize customer comfort and elevate the ownership experience. Spacious service areas are laid out efficiently to provide an elevated workspace for service employees. Complete June 2010 with an expanded service and parts storage addition (21,100 sqft) completed in 2018.
