The Frontline Townhomes project is situated on a 1.25-acre site between the vibrant South Main Arts District and the Mississippi River. This project consists of 30 single-family zero lot line townhomes developed by Woodard Properties – the same company responsible for TN4 Townhomes and Woodard Residence. The site is located directly behind these two projects and adjacent to an existing railroad overpass. The building is expressed as a series of stacked volumes clad in zinc grey box-rib metal for Levels 1 and 2 and topped by bright yellow volumes of fiber cement board and batten on level 3.

An urban multifamily development between the vibrant South Main Arts District and the Mississippi River.

  • All of the units contain a semi-private entry stoop, vertical 9’ tall windows, and an enclosed garage.  A 27’ exterior space between 2 of the buildings is utilized as a garden retreat for residences that contains semi-private patios, extensive landscaping, and stair access to an elevated dog walk on the adjacent railroad overpass. Many of the units contain a private exterior space in the form of either a balcony or third level multi-purpose room and roof deck.
